Dear Faithful People of the Diocese of Louisiana,
Our Petition Process concluded on Friday, April 8, and no additional applications for bishop were received. The Standing Committee is therefore pleased to announce that our slate for bishop is complete and includes the two candidates we presented on April 1:

The Reverend Canon Shannon Rogers Duckworth
Our Transition Committee will be moving forward with plans for the walkabouts as well as providing additional information on our candidates. Continue to pray for them and us, that we all may be led to God’s will for the selection of the leader of our diocese.
