Education for Ministry (EfM) Registration Open
EfM is a small, intimate seminar class in which a group of fellow learners gathers regularly to explore life through three lenses: Scripture, Church History, and personal experience. Over four years, participants read deeply, think carefully, and most importantly, learn together. Using a practice called theological reflection, we connect ancient texts to the actual texture of your life today. No theology degree required. No prior knowledge assumed. Just a willingness to show up and go deeper.
Not ready for a four-year commitment? EfM has recently introduced Wide Angle, a one-year experience designed as a gentle on-ramp into the kind of deepening discipleship and adult learning that enriches your faith, your relationships, and how you move through the world. It can be taken on its own or alongside the traditional EfM program.
Trinity will host two EfM classes this September: Mondays from 9:15-11:45 AM and Wednesdays from 9:15 – 11:45 AM. Space is limited, and these groups become something rare: a community of people who have thought hard things through together. Monday class is at Christ Church Cathedral and Wednesday class is at Trinity Episcopal Church.
If you’re curious, that’s enough to start. Reach out to Maria Elliott at melliott@trinitynola.com for more information.
All are welcome.
