The Spirituality of Breadmaking: Life is What You Bake It
Second Thursday Women Gather in Community
Led by Mary Erickson, Seminarian
Join us for an enriching day where the ancient art of breadmaking becomes a pathway to spiritual practice and biblical reflection. In this hands-on workshop, participants will bake traditional bread rolls while taking a spiritual journey of discovery of the sacred in the ordinary, reflecting on scripture, life, faith and transformation.
No baking experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down, reflect, and savor the process. Each participant will take home fresh bread, a deeper appreciation for the spiritual rhythms found in life’s simplest acts and a renewed perspective on the spiritual significance of our daily bread. Please bring your own apron.
