DESCRIPTION:The Gift of Presence-presented by The Rev. Liz Embler-Beazley \nOur world is full of distractions and to-do lists that exhaust and drain us. We are always in a rush or hurry these days. Let’s slow down\, find stillness\, and silence so that we can reconnect with God\, community\, and our true/inner selves. This day will focus on the gift of being present with opportunities to sit quietly\, move with intention\, worship with our bodies\, and pray in solitude and in community. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga Mass will be offered\, so please bring a yoga mat and blocks if you would like to use them. No yoga experience whatsoever is required!
