Before the pace picks up\, take time to pause\, reflect\, and renew your spirit for the year ahead. \nIn the morning\, Bishop Shannon Duckworth will lead an interactive session on Epiphany and how we can notice and follow the light of Christ in the world. \nAfter lunch\, choose your own adventure: take a yoga class\, create an Anglican rosary\, join a Lectio Divina group\, or enjoy a few quiet hours on the beautiful grounds of the Retreat at Quarters Lake. \nThis day is set apart to give you room to reset and listen for God in the still moments.
