Episcopal Community Services of Louisiana

Episcopal Community Services works to empower parishes with the Diocese of Louisiana by offering professional development trainings, program planning and assessment, and coaching clergy and lay leaders.

ECSLA was created by the Diocese of Louisiana to increase ministry capacity to impact communities beyond the church walls. We endeavor to do this through programs that 1) provide laity with the skills to better serve the community during emergency / disaster crises- both short-term and long-term; 2) support and strengthen parish ministries.
